Tegaki 手書き

Terms

The deal, in plain words.

Short on purpose. Last updated 23 September 2026.

What Tegaki is

A writing co-pilot. It drafts a LinkedIn post from what happened in your week, in a voice it learned from your own writing, checks the draft, and shows it to you. You decide what to do with it.

What it will never do

  • Post, schedule, comment, send messages or connect with people on LinkedIn on your behalf. If you connect your LinkedIn account, Tegaki only reads your own profile, posts and available performance data, and you can disconnect it at any time in Settings.
  • Invent facts. It writes from what you give it, and tells you when that is not enough.
  • Hold your work hostage. Whatever happens to your plan, what you have written stays readable and copyable.

Your writing is yours

Everything you paste, dictate, upload or edit stays yours, and so does every draft the tool produces for you. We claim no rights over it. We use it only to do the job you asked for, as described on the Privacy page.

Your responsibility

You publish what you choose to publish. Read the draft before you post it. The tool checks what it can, and tells you what it could not check, but a post that goes out under your name is your call and your responsibility. Do not paste material you are not allowed to share.

Trial and plans

  • A new account gets a free trial (currently seven days and four posts). No card is needed to start.
  • Billing is not yet live. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. When the trial ends you can still read and copy everything; writing new posts needs a plan.
  • When billing opens, we will communicate plans and pricing transparently before anything changes.
  • Fair use: each account has daily limits that protect the service from scripted abuse. No one writing their own posts will meet them.

Accounts

One person per account. Keep your password to yourself. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service or other people; we will say why.

The service

We work to keep Tegaki up and improving, and we release changes only after they pass our checks. It is offered as is; we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or that every draft will be good. Our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the preceding twelve months, and we exclude liability for indirect loss to the fullest extent the law allows.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and, for anything material, we will email you first. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
